Infos for visitors

Within the Museum, visitors are kindly asked:

To switch off their mobile ringtones in order not to disturb the tour

Not to bring food and beverage into galleries and exhibition rooms

Not to bring pets; only guide dogs for sighted persons will be allowed

Not to smoke

To leave at the reception helmets, umbrellas, big bags and other bulky items before to start the tour.

To keep their ticket until the tour is over. Staff is allowed to ask for the production of it throughout the whole museum tour.

It is allowed to take pictures outside the museum and in the courtyards. Inside galleries it is not permitted any type of filming/shooting.
